This course takes users through all aspects of the quote to contract process. The course will cover creating and approving a quote; raising a pending contract and taking the contract through its various stages, including raising a vehicle purchase order, advance rental and finance agreement and activating the contract.

The aim of the course is to give users a basic grounding of all aspects of vehicle and contract management. During the course vehicle maintenance, RFL management, contract costs and recharging, transfers and financial processing will be covered.
