This course is for users who have not previously used a CFC Solutions system. Designed to demonstrate all the functions within the Fleet Plus system incorporating a series of working exercises for maximum hands-on learning. It is recommended that the user attend this course followed by additional seminars on the functionality added by the bolt on modules.

Designed to use all the functions within the Fleet Plus Lite system with maximum hands-on time utilising a series of workshop exercises. It is recommended that the user attend this course followed by additional seminars on the functionality added by the bolt on modules.

Overview:
This course demonstrates the use of the detailed report writer and focuses on techniques rather than a particular solution. The training session includes: creating basic list reports, creating reports with basic and complex calculations, exporting reports to Excel spreadsheet, as well as copying and modifying standard reports.

Overview:
This course demonstrates the use of the simple reporting tool and the creation of document templates, and involves a hands-on approach, using a series of working exercises. This training session includes: understanding the functionality of templates in the system, generating new and modifying existing templates using the Quick Report Editor, and creating mail merge reports.

Overview:
This course demonstrates how to administer your system and is essential for System Managers. This course is suitable for both technical and non technical users. This training session includes system management, user management and house keeping.
